SEPI is part of the team led by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, Inc. (MVVA) that was selected for the City of Raleigh’s 308-acre Dorothea Dix Master Plan project.

SEPI is a subconsultant for civil engineering and environmental consulting. Our scope focuses primarily on the collection and evaluation of information on the existing utility and storm drainage assets that currently serve the 100-year-old plus Dorothea Dix campus, providing local support for the overall design team, and participation in public meeting sessions.

Our local knowledge and expertise provide valuable insight to existing and future challenges relative to design and permitting requirements as the vision for the park develops.
