Dan has over 22 years of experience working in the land development industry with his primary focus being on commercial site developments across the state of North Carolina.
Dan has practiced engineering in the Triangle region for his entire career and has built strong lasting relationships with municipal staff throughout the region. He has successfully managed multiple design teams for retail, commercial, industrial, mixed use, and multi-family clients. His clients have ranged from local developers to national corporations.
His areas of expertise encompass project management, site planning and design, drainage design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, 分级, quantity take-offs/estimates, specification coordination, construction phasing, and associated permitting.
Dan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, and is a licensed professional engineer in NC and SC. He has extensive project management experience having earned both his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as well as certification through the A/E/C Project Management Association which is specific to the industry.
